Nichallea soyauxii (Hiern) Bridson
SUMMARY
Slender treelet to 1.8 m tall, young stems sparsely pubescent to pubescent, seldom peeling. Leaf-blades membranous, elliptic to broadly elliptic or rarely rotund, 4'5-18-5 x 2-11 cm, acuminate at apex, glabrous or less often glabrescent save for the pubescent mid-rib above and glabrescent to pubescent nerves beneath; lateral nerves 6-8 pairs. Corolla-tube 1.2- 19 cm long; lobes 7 x I 5 mm. Stigma partly or fully exserted but not exceeding the corolla-lobes, distinctly widened. Filaments ? apparent in situ, 07 mm long; connective scarcely contrasting in colour with the anther, exceeding the anther by o0'4-o7 mm, tapering.
